You may request a full refund of your ticket, no justification needed, until 30 days before the event starts. Write to hello@danielsanogueira.com from the email used at purchase.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at purchase (Stripe), within a maximum of 14 days after the request is confirmed.
Within 30 days of the event, tickets are no longer refundable in cash: the amount paid converts into credit to use on any future event or course, except if the organiser cancels the event (full refund) or where required by law. Alternatively, you may request transfer of the ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event.
