You may request a full refund of your ticket, no justification needed, until 10 days before the event starts. Write to hello@danielsanogueira.com from the email used at purchase.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at purchase (Stripe), within a maximum of 14 days after the request is confirmed.
Within 10 days of the event, tickets are no longer refundable in cash: the amount paid converts into credit to use on any future event or course, except if the organiser cancels the event (full refund) or where required by law. Alternatively, you may request transfer of the ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event.
Books ship to Portugal only (mainland and islands), via CTT. Shipping is included in the price shown. We dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation; delivery usually takes 5–7 business days on the mainland and up to 10 business days to the islands. Pre-order books are dispatched on the announced launch date.
You have 14 calendar days from receiving the book to withdraw from the purchase, no justification needed (right of withdrawal, Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014). Write to hello@danielsanogueira.com from the email used at purchase and return the book in resaleable condition. We refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping, within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned book, to the same payment method. Return postage is at your cost, unless the book arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover the return and either replace it or refund you, your choice.
