These terms govern the use of danielsanogueira.com and the purchase of tickets for events organised by Daniel Sá Nogueira (company details to be completed). By using the site or purchasing a ticket, you accept these terms.
All prices are shown in euros, VAT included. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
Tickets are personal and grant access to the indicated event on the announced date and venue. Access may require ID. Events may have an age restriction (indicated on the event page).
The organiser may change the programme, speakers or schedule for justified reasons. If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date; if cancelled by the organiser, the ticket price is fully refunded.
The organiser may refuse entry to, or remove, participants who endanger safety or the normal running of the event, without refund. Event content is informational and motivational in nature and does not replace medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
All site and event content is protected by copyright. Professional recording of events without written permission is prohibited. These terms are governed by Portuguese law; the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
