Everything you need to know
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 10:00 and the programme runs until 20:00, with a long lunch break from 14:00 to 15:30. Arrive a few minutes early — the day starts on time and there's no warm-up act.
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
Yes. You can request a full refund until 30 days before the event. After that, the amount converts into credit for any future event or course. You can also transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event. Just write to hello@danielsanogueira.com from the email used at purchase.
What language is the event in?
The event is delivered in Portuguese. There is no simultaneous translation.
What should I bring?
Water and snacks — seriously, stay hydrated; it makes a difference on a day like this. Notebook and pen are provided at check-in. Wear comfortable clothes: there's movement and floor exercises. Food and drinks are not included — there are places to eat nearby.
Do I have to speak in front of the group?
No. There are exercises in pairs and small groups, but you'll never be forced to share. You'll always be invited — never pressured. Some people prefer a more inward process, and that's fine.
Is the event recorded?
No. What happens in the room stays in the room — and participant recording is not permitted. That's part of why it works.
Can I buy a ticket for someone else?
Yes. Great gift idea, if you know someone who needs this. And don't come alone — bring the person who most needs to be in this room.
How do I receive my ticket?
After purchase you'll receive your digital ticket by email. On the day, just show it on your phone at the entrance — no need to print it.
