We collect only the data needed to provide our services: (a) name and email when you subscribe to the newsletter, ebook or a waitlist; (b) name, email, phone and billing data when you purchase a ticket; (c) name, company, email, phone and message when you submit the business inquiry form.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies before any purchase. Strictly technical cookies may be used in the customer area and during payment (e.g., authentication session and Stripe).

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to: fulfil ticket purchase contracts (contract performance); send communications you subscribed to (consent, revocable at any time); respond to business inquiries (pre-contractual steps); and comply with legal obligations, namely tax obligations.

4. Processors and transfers

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data hosting) and the site hosting provider. Some providers may be located outside the EEA; in such cases the appropriate GDPR safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention and your rights

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law (e.g., billing data for 10 years).

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. You can exercise them by writing to hello@danielsanogueira.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
